If you are concerned about your medical diagnosis, substance use disorder history, or DUI history and want to discuss your FAA medical eligibility BEFORE a medical exam, this is the service for you! 

Document Upload

The FAA frequently requests additional documentation to clarify medical or legal history (i.e. medical progress reports, pathology reports, lab results, arrest reports, surgical notes, etc..) AFTER a completed medical exam. A pilot can physically mail these to the FAA however, it can take 30-90 days for them to process. Our document upload service offers INSTANT upload of documents to the FAA system.
