All patients should bring their MedXpress confirmation number and supporting medical documents for their health diagnosis, if applicable. To obtain a MedXpress confirmation number, you must complete your MedXpress form.

Yes, you have 2 weeks to gather the necessary medical documentation before your medical exam is automatically submitted to the FAA.
At New England Flight Medicine, we ensure that every patient undergoes a comprehensive medical examination adhering to FAA guidelines. As a dedicated advocate for pilots, particularly as a PPL student myself, I prioritize facilitating the continuation of aviation activities. In instances where a patient does not meet the required medical standards, I will defer the examination to the FAA Medical Team for thorough evaluation and guidance.
A female medical professional CAN be present for all female visits, however, patients will be examined by Dr. Jen Kin. Please select "Female Chaperon" when booking online.
No, we only offer Class 2 and Class 3 FAA medical exams.
