Effective July 2026, full payment by credit card is required at the time of booking. We no longer accept cash, check, or Bitcoin. We appreciate the flexibility our longtime pilots have shown as we make this change.
Accepted Payment:
Credit card only — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted. Payment is collected securely at the time of booking through our online scheduling system. No payment is due at your visit.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

48+ hours before appointment — Full refund
24–48 hours before appointment — 50% refund, or credit toward a rescheduled visit
Less than 24 hours before appointment — No refund
No-call / No-show — No refund; future bookings may require an additional deposit
